Hello,

Thanks for being part of the Curb Flow Network.

We wanted to share a quick note on driver cancellations. When a passenger books through any of our ride provider platforms, they receive a confirmation and an ETA. Cancelling after accepting leaves them stranded and affects trust in the taxi experience for everyone.

The good news: you always have a choice before accepting.

  • Not happy with the pickup? Let the job pass or decline before accepting — no problem at all.
  • Once you've accepted, your passenger is relying on you to arrive.
  • Remember the offer card displays everything you need to make a decision before accepting: Pick up address and ETA, Drop off address and ETA, and an Estimated Metered Fare for the ride all show on the offer card. You can choose to accept or decline/ignore the offer at this point.

Fewer cancellations means better ratings, more bookings, and a stronger platform for everyone.

Thanks for everything you do on the road.

Kind regards,

The Curb Driver Services Team
