Curb Flow is powered by a state-of-the-art, AI-driven system that seamlessly combines payments, Ehail jobs, and customer service in one integrated platform. Already installed in over 30,000 taxis across the U.S. and rapidly expanding to London cabs, Curb Flow brings increased earning potential, stronger utilisation, and steadier trip demand, while keeping licensed cabbies firmly at the heart of the experience.
Curb Flow aggregates ride requests from Curb and trusted demand providers into one seamless system. This integration gives London black cab drivers utilising the Curb VTS2 terminal access to more metered trip opportunities, connecting them with millions of additional passengers across London. These trips add to existing demand from everyday passengers, corporate accounts, and other trusted Curb Flow sources, helping drivers increase earnings, reduce downtime, and make the most of every shift.
All trips run strictly on the official TfL meter tariff, with:

How do drivers and fleets benefit from Curb Flow?
Curb Flow delivers more consistent, high-quality trip demand that helps reduce downtime and increase earnings for drivers, with drivers in other markets seeing 15–40% higher earnings (results vary by region) and a reduction of up to 26% in unoccupied or dead mileage.
Curb provides a one-stop shop for onboarding, customer service, and payments, so drivers and fleets do not need to manage multiple platforms or partners. Instant, automatic digital payments are made on the same cadence as street hail fares, with full trip summaries and historical reporting available.
No new equipment or setup is required — all trips are delivered daily through the existing Curb VTS2 terminal, and drivers can continue operating even during network outages or signal drops across London.
Important: All Curb Flow trips are meter fare only, operate on a 0% driver commission introductory model for early sign-up, and offer the most competitive card processing fees, ensuring maximum transparency and driver earnings. *The 0% driver commission is an introductory offer and will not change in the foreseeable future.
How many demand providers will Curb partner with?
Curb will partner with various different trusted demand providers. Demand providers must deliver value to drivers in order to access the taxi network.
How does the partnership between Curb and Uber work?
This launch marks a new milestone in Curb’s partnership with Uber, which began in 2022, as the collaboration expands into the London black cab market in April 2026. Licensed London black cabbies with Curb VTS2 terminals installed in their vehicles will receive metered Uber-Referred trip offers through their Curb system, provided they have opted in. All trips will be delivered via Curb’s TfL-approved platform and operate strictly on the official TfL meter tariff.
Uber passengers in London can request a Black Cab directly through the Uber app. These trip requests are made available to drivers via Curb Flow, where licensed London black cabbies can view offers on their Curb VTS2 terminal and choose to accept or decline the trip offers.
All journeys are completed by licensed black cabbies, operate strictly on the official TfL meter tariff, and are delivered through Curb’s TfL-approved, driver-first platform, ensuring a transparent, reliable, and familiar cab experience for passengers.
Who should fleets and drivers contact if they have questions about Curb Flow?
Fleets and drivers should contact 24/7 Curb Driver Support with any questions. As these are licensed cab journeys with demand referred by demand providers, there is no change to existing driver or fleet arrangements beyond increased trip opportunities delivered through the Curb VTS2 terminal.
All trips continue to operate as licensed cab journeys using existing licences and TfL-approved equipment, ensuring continuity, compliance, and that Curb and its partners maintain their established relationships with drivers and fleets.

Section 2: Driver Experience and Performance
How can drivers opt in or opt out?
Curb is driver-first, and we’re here to service London cabbies on your terms. Drivers are always in control with the flexibility to opt out of receiving all Curb Flow trip requests entirely, or opt out of receiving offers from specific Curb Flow demand providers while continuing to receive offers from others. The option to opt back in is always available, the choice is entirely up to the drivers and they will never be penalised.
To opt in, drivers will be prompted on their Curb VTS2 terminal to review and accept the Curb Driver Service Agreement and the Uber Terms of Service. A SMS with a link to the Uber Terms of Service will also be sent to the driver’s registered mobile number. Drivers have the flexibility to opt out of receiving all Curb Flow trip requests entirely without impacting other Curb trips.

Drivers remain fully in control. After opting in, any driver may opt out at any time by contacting Curb Driver Support, and a team member will remove the driver from receiving Curb Flow trip offers.
What is the in-vehicle driver experience? How do drivers know if an Ehail request is a Curb Flow trip offer?
All Curb Flow trip offers are delivered through the Curb VTS2 terminal with full trip details provided upfront. Drivers can review pick-up and drop-off locations, estimated arrival times, and fare information before choosing to accept or decline, without penalties or quotas.
Every trip is fully transparent, with clear visibility into trip information and payments from start to finish, making it easier for drivers to plan their day, stay productive between fares, and remain focused on providing a professional service to passengers.

Can yellow badge drivers pick up trips outside of their stipulated areas on their TfL license?
No, yellow badge drivers in London can only operate in areas that are only on their TfL license.
Section 3: Payments & Reporting
How will drivers be paid for completing Curb Flow trips?
No need to collect payments at the end of any completed Curb Flow trip. Payments are made instantly when the ride is completed through the Uber app to the Curb system. All driver payments will be made directly by Curb to the driver and fleets based on existing agreements exactly like streethail trips.
Will drivers be eligible to receive tips on Curb Flow trips?
Yes. Drivers are eligible to receive passenger tips on Curb Flow trips. Tips may appear on the driver’s payment statement up to 30 days after the journey.
How can drivers see tips earned on Curb Flow trips?
Drivers will be notified at the start of each shift if they have received tips for Curb Flow trips completed in recent days. Drivers can also review tip information at any time by checking Trip History on their Curb VTS2 terminal.
Any completed trip displaying a yellow envelope icon indicates that a tip has been added to that journey, providing clear and simple visibility into additional earnings.

How can drivers view their pay statements?
Drivers can view their payment statements on eFleet. Tips for Curb Flow trips are typically processed after the journey ends and may appear on statements for up to 30 days following the original trip. Tips are linked to the specific trip number and shown as separate line items. As a result, drivers may see two separate transactions with the same trip number, reflecting the tip added at a later date.
